Support Coordination

IDS can assist in connecting you to services and providers that fit your needs, setting up supports, negotiating with service providers and checking you are happy with your goals and plans.

This might include:

  • Help you understand your plan and supports

  • Help you work towards your goals

  • Connect you with services and support you need

  • Arrange Allied Health Professionals to help you

  • Connect you with your local community

  • Help you interact with NDIS

  • Help you with Plan Reviews

  • Help you if things go wrong

Eligibility

There are no restrictions, although all of our services attract a fee. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how IDS can help you live the life you want.

Please fill out the following form and we’ll organise your free hour to discuss your NDIS plan

Fees

The fees you pay depend on the services and support you select and reflect those allocated by the funding agency (NDIS, WorkSafe or TAC). We will negotiate an individual agreement, tailored to meet your unique needs. There are no hidden charges, and we offer an easy to follow approval and payment process, with monthly statements.
