NDIS support coordinators need to be confident that the individualised support provider they recommend to their clients will provide a service that will meet their needs and expectations.

Independent Disability Services (IDS) is focused on providing quality individualised and housing support to NDIS clients. We do not provide support coordination or planning services. We do, however, offer high quality personal, domestic and community support for people of all ages with a disability.

Our aim is to ensure that the client’s needs are met and their goals achieved. To do this, we match them with a worker who has the required qualifications, experience and personality.

IDS support providers are required to complete an extensive recruitment and induction program before engagement. Many have experience working with people with complex physical and intellectual disabilities. In return IDS employees are rewarded with above award rates and the opportunity to become permanent employees (following a successful trial period).

Independent Disability Services is more selective than other agencies–the results of which are continuity of service and a high degree of loyalty from our employees.
