Andrew has a broad background in family services, youth work, out-of-home care, homelessness support, family violence, drug and alcohol, clinical counseling, disability services, financial counseling, and microfinance.
He is a qualified community development worker and social worker and has worked in the corporate, government, education, and not-for-profit sectors. Andrew is passionate about service quality and client outcomes. In his spare time, he enjoys science fiction, gardening, and fixing things.
