Introducing our Team Leaders
As you may have read in our previous correspondence (IDS Begin a New Journey), we are creating teams with our clients to enable greater engagement and to ensure we create a service that is more responsive.
The first stage of this was nominating, from within our talented pool of workers, Team Leaders. All those nominated are exceptional and it was a daunting task to select just three.
We are pleased to announce that our new Team Leaders are:

Our Team Leaders have experience working as Disability Support Workers, and each bring with them enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and do better, and a wonderful breadth of skills.
All our clients will have a Team Leader who will be calling to introduce themselves from this week onwards. The Team Leader will be an essential point of contact for our clients, their families, and carers.
The next addition to the team for each client will be the Key Worker, who will be a current worker in our client’s team and who the client deems as best suited. The Key Worker will be a further point of contact for clients, their families, and carers. This will be determined in collaboration with our clients once Team Leaders have acquainted themselves.
We are excited to be part of this collaborative team approach to client care and welcome any feedback from anyone in the IDS community.
