Jenny’s personal and business philosophy of Set the standard; Attain the standard; Maintain the standard; Raise the standard has enabled her to experience a diverse portfolio career.

With Non-executive director and Deputy Chair experience on NFP boards in the disability and homeshare sectors, including leading CEO recruitment. She has served on committees and has over 20 years in corporate roles. Jenny brings a breadth of proficiency to the table; from strategy, marketing, project planning and training to sales, negotiating and communications. Initial training and considerable management experience in hospitality, she enjoyed a successful transition to the competitive Oil & Gas sector with diverse roles across retail, commercial and strategic marketing within Asia Pacific.

Her tenacious approach has delivered numerous high value complex projects enhancing business competitiveness and profitability driving long term value. Jenny is a highly valued and trusted leadership team contributor. Recognised by management for her integrity, leadership, positive attitude, commitment to excellence and results and her ability to rapidly establish rapport at all levels. She brings a cohesive matrix of professional and social experience, capabilities and interests.
