Caroline has 25 years in the television media industry dealing with operational policy, procedure and logistics and applies diligence and a strong work ethic while bringing a personal approach to management.
With a B.A., BLitt. and M.Info.Sc. Caroline continues to undertake management courses to maintain a progressive and professional management and governance style.
As a woman with a disability, Caroline has a lifelong understanding of the challenges that are faced, and the possibilities that should exist for everyone. Championing accessibility and helping others achieve the life they want to live is a cornerstone of her belief system.
